We are currently seeking a Vice President of Compliance to join our Compliance Team located in the Copperfield area of Houston. The VP of Compliance is responsible for the ongoing operation of the Credit Union’s compliance program, which includes continuous enhancements and updates to the program for successful execution. This individual will be responsible for conducting quarterly meetings with the Compliance Committee to review regulations and policy changes, as well as, annual reviews to ensure compliance for Board approval. This individual must be aware of the constant changes in laws and regulations pertaining to all aspects of the job to ensure effective administration of procedures. Qualified candidates require a Bachelor’s degree and/or five years of compliance experience with a financial institution. CUNA CUCE and/or NAFCU NCCO designations are preferred.
